Occasionally an issue will arise (like during a recent refinancing or changing insurance companies), but the City has been great about providing a letter that resolves the issue.  

In the case that you don't get the rent paid, sending you this letter has started the lengthy process for eviction.

I am supposed to close on a property in 20 days and have asked my agent to obtain this letter, his response is -" We won't get them back until closer to closing, you want that information to be accurate when ownership is transferred."

Change the last name to just the first letter.

The best way to solve this is to find an experienced MHP attorney to write a letter to the city on your behalf. 

You also should have received letters from the city saying taxes were not paid. 

Hello,Quick question here.  Our team is ready to start submitting LOI's for multifamily properties, and I've had brokers offer to write this up for us.  Any advice on whether to use our own or go with the brokers form...
