AirBnB Arbitrage in Georgia
Hey everyone, I would really love to get into Arbitrage with AirBnB in Georgia. I have several questions:
Where is the best place/city in Georgia to start this in your opinion?
What type of property is the best type for Arbitrage? (Multi-family, Single family, condo, etc.?)
If you’ve been successful with this, how did you get started? At what point did you feel confident convincing real estate owners to let you do this with their property?
What kinds of owners did you reach out to and which worked the best?
What was your pitch?
I’m open to any and all opinions and advice on this topic, thanks in advance!

Arbitrage should be a four letter word. This is not RE investing, it is just a job.
