Multifamily - Letter of Intent

Hello,

Quick question here. Our team is ready to start submitting LOI's for multifamily properties, and I've had brokers offer to write this up for us. Any advice on whether to use our own or go with the brokers format? Are there any good resources on what needs to be clearly stated in an LOI before submission to be confident you're covering all the bases?

Thanks in advance!
