I see you are from the Bay area too, i want to sell my condo in San Mateo and go to the east bay.

Does anyone have any SFR fix and flip projects going on in San Diego County? 

I was working for a couple companies, first an Independent Maintenance contractor who work a variety of multi family properties and did odd jobs, we did a small portion of a rehab of a 50+ unit apt complex,in San Antonio.

My plan is to get a crew I have working on a flip in San Antonio to go down there when we can get it and just cut out all the wet sheetrock, pull the carpet/pad and any other flooring that isn't tile. 

Even San Antonio ISD has some great magnet schools.  

I purchased my first home a little over a year ago in San Diego, CA.

People like SF Fire Credit Union here in San Francisco for their personal banking, but I don't know anything about their business services.Any thoughts / suggestions?
