@Daniel Falore Yes, some of us do.  That's awesome you know what you want to get, but one suggestion: reset your mindset so you're thinking about how you can solve a problem someone like me has (while also getting whatever you want out of it).

A more effective post would be: 

(a) "I'm good at emptying belongings out of nasty houses - does anyone need some help clearing out a flip you're about to buy?"  Or... 

(b) "I know it's a drag getting all the tools and supplies out of a house you just renovated - does anyone need some help loading and transporting stuff?"  Or... 

(c) "I'm a detail oriented guy - does anyone have a recently renovated house on the market that you need someone to check on every week or so to make sure it's clean and everything is good?"

Make yourself useful and people will want to have you around.
