Hi everyone,  My building (condo high rise) started implementing a fee called "lease fee" two years ago.

I am looking at buying my first "home". 

My plan is to setup a parent Wyoming LLC that will hold another LLC that will be holding my properties.

I have been with several myself and I believe I have found the one that fits my needs with training and support.

I have been using only Furnished Finder for my first couple of renters.

Lucky for me, Virginia court records are my best place for searching evictions, warrant in debt, etc. 

By day, I work in the government sector at Los Alamos National Laboratory, but I’m passionate about building my real estate portfolio.

Two things, the first is a protect you down the line from them saying the home was not habitable and secondly, every time they ask, I would just keep referring back to my prior email and use that as a response

I am wrapping up my licensing education with the intent of being able to buy and wholesale solo part-time, while keeping my full time job.How would I go about finding a brokerage that would sponsor me as a sales agent while allowing me to have this flexibility?
