Also, if you have a family, you could also probably find a 3br in some of the Worcester suburbs that have much better school districts for ~$2k a month.

Most of it is for multifamily apartments but these ratings flow into single family rentals too.A class = 0-10 years old, luxury apartment class, full amenities, great neighborhood, schools, etc.B class = 11-25 years old, several amenities, well maintained, good neighborhood and schools

I've worked every day since I've graduated college, i've had income, i've had bonuses, one time I found $10 in the road.....But this $3.08 is more meaningful then all of it.
