Minimum qualification to invest in real estate
Hey there,
Are there any minimum qualification like needing a high school diploma or having a GED for becoming a house flipper or having a buy and hold approach? Even having a portfolio of houses and have tenants in them?
I know for a real estate license a GED is required in most states but I know you can do this without a license.
Cheers,
Aston

@Account Closed you don't need to get a real estate license to be an investor. You just need to be old enough to legally own property. You definitely do not need a high school diploma or GED. I would say though, that the education required to get those would serve you well as an investor.
