You can even consider hiring on a virtual management team such as pillow or evolve, they're both known for working with vacation rentals and don't try to screw you over by imposing a 20% take home from your income.

That is still not that bad, but I think it is high considering the financiers bare virtually none of the risk from my project.

Personally, I work virtually and my meetings are planned in advance.

For instance, because its my passion and its the specific people I like to work with, I happen to have some knowledge that virtually most other agents within my own company don't have.
