Missed phone calls

Hello BP! This is my first post as I'm a newbie wholesaler in the Houston area. First of all, I think BP is awesome as this place is a 1-stop shop for everything related to REI. I'm about to start my 1st marketing campaign (direct mail, SEO, driving for dollars). I currently work full time, but have the ability to return calls or see houses throughout the day if I schedule it. My dilemma- many times throughout the day I'm on conf calls are meetings that won't allow me to answer my phone. Does anyone have any recommendation on possible VA's or answering services so that I can have a live person screen the calls that I can't answer. I'm aware of GV to forward calls, but I don't want to miss a single call.
