First and foremost, thank you for reaching out. We are a Nevada based company that does virtual wholesaling. 

I have a property that I am going to put under contract in Yakima. The purchase price is agreed. Im looking for a realtor to run MLS comps on get the final ARV price.

I am also open to any cash buyers that would like a 15-20% ROI

I will be sending my marketing materials to the cash buyers that have purchased in Yakima before, however if you have someone and can save me time and money on marketing i will partner up with you gladly.
