I've never seen or heard of ANY wholesaling guru teaching to sell to buyers using traditional financing.

You need to find some area, house style, and price range where you have good numbers of both types.

Teach the boss a lesson and go speak to an attorney based on harassment.

See who teaches RE law or other related fields.

My initial thoughts are to host it as an open forum type of meeting where we tell the investors about services and properties and learn about what the investors' objectives are.Ive also thought about having an educational type meeting where we discuss the process of buying and selling foreclosures, but I dont want to teach them everything and lose them as investors.Has anyone hosted/attended a meeting, have an agenda they have found successful, or any ideas to share?
