Hosting First Investor Meeting. Need topic/agenda ideas

Im hosting our first investor meeting later this month. Im looking for suggestions on how to approach it.

My initial thoughts are to host it as an open forum type of meeting where we tell the investors about services and properties and learn about what the investors' objectives are.

Ive also thought about having an educational type meeting where we discuss the process of buying and selling foreclosures, but I dont want to teach them everything and lose them as investors.

Has anyone hosted/attended a meeting, have an agenda they have found successful, or any ideas to share?

Thanks,

Joe Rihani
