Depending on how your SIDRA is setup (checkbook) it can be a pain managing an active property that needs all types of repairs from that type of account.

It’s definitely a pain but it’s necessary to get the “deals” off of the service.

While this does not have a direct impact on the psychology of a buyer, it removes a purchaser from the market, or a price range, which will lower demand and (economic magic) will lower housing prices. 

It became painfully obvious that the family member was out of control and she was eventually made to go to rehab.
