Insurance for properties rented by the room
I have a couple of properties rented by the room in the Near North neighborhood of Minneapolis, and my insurance has dropped me stating they don't insure "student housing", which I took to mean they didn't appreciate the single room occupancy. My current policy expires at the end of the week.
I've managed to find a "hard money" insurer of sorts but at twice the cost, but was hoping one of you could recommend a place to look for "normal" insurance that would cover this single room occupancy situation.
Anyone have experience with this situation?

@Tim Swierczek might be able to help. Not sure what you do for your insurance but maybe you can help?
