In general a Note and DofT provides more protection for you, a REC more protection (won't have to foreclose) for the seller.The LLC is a different piece. 

For example, when installing step flashing at the juncture of a second story wall and a first story roof, the flashing starts at the bottom and each subsequent piece is installed further up the roof.

I have one property that has pieces of KnT wiring in the hard-to-access areas.

We are only granted 24 hours in a day, while money is granted (if you understand how it works) an infinite number of hours.To me, the difference is the CF Investors are taking their profits out in pieces, while the Appreciation investors are waiting for the big score.
