Partners normally are not considered employees.Its normally good practice to have things in writing

By having to stop and think about not only what I did but how I did it and what could be improved upon improves my business as well.

After you get that commission check what do you spend your money on to improve your real estate business?

I want to cut down costs all around the board but in return I get a less valuable vehicle and practically lose the down payment.
