Partnerships on multi family properties
I’m exploring an opportunity to purchase 4 multi-family properties in partnership with others. I’ve never done a purchase with partners and curious if it is standard practice to for the person who finds the deal to get a 5-10% finders fee in equity?

5-10% is certainly fair.
