If you lived in the area I would say to go and visit these groups that meet in person but Facebook is a good 2nd option when that's not possible.  

If I were you I would just visit some of these properties in your area that you say are comparable and similar to yours.

But nothing is better then verifying for yourself with a visit to the company you are interested in doing business with.  

Not so great to get new visits for every page of the podcasts, but definitely adds convenience.
