Validating references
How can you truly validate a reference given to you by a turnkey company?

kevin, in my market you could use the Shelby county tax assessor site to look up a property address and verify the owner.
There is also a level of trust in the reference given. I have been asking my clients to leave reviews on sites like turnkey-reviews.com.
