Hi,

I am looking to connect with people who may be using the BRRRR strategy in Mass. I'm looking into using the strategy to start building my portfolio. I am currently just looking to find properties in distress and wanting to know ways people may be going about looking for distressed properties? I am located in the south shore area currently and hoping to locate something within a 2 hour radius. I'm also open to searching out of state.

@Jacob Page look into https://www.homecashsolutions.com/

They do whole sale deals perhaps they can help you find something. Additionally, do you have a hard/private money lender you plan on working with?

Thank you for this resource Walter.  Currently I am working with a hard money lender. Working on finding deals.
