I have had dozens of conversations with newbies who are just starting out and have been convinced by a YouTube video, book or guru course that teach them that not only is wholesaling legal, but that it's a fantastic way to get into REI with little or no money.

Stop with the discourse about your spirit and ambition and gumption and force of will and get off your *** and get to Burger King in the evenings and stack some cash for a year while you learn all you can and then get going.There is no shame in starting with zero and doing anything you can to save capital to get started.There is no dignity in whining about "No investor taking a shot with you" because you watch videos and have "Drive".

I've been talking to sellers and planning to get a home under contract by this week but how do I show the home to my buyers if they want more than my pictures and videos.

I've read the books, watched the videos, been to all the REIA, Meetups, and Seminars; I learned a lot, but I am not going to pay an outrageous fee for some apprentice program.

I am also open to other Wholesale Investors and doing a FaceTime or a video chat as well. 

Wholesaling sounded easy especially with all the videos on Youtube, little to no money needed etc etc.  

I first started watching youtube videos about real estate strategy and was inspired to make something work.

There are things I've learned "by doing" as a real estate agent that I would have never learned by reading online forums or watching YT videos.
