Taling About the Industry and Wholesaling as a whole

Hello, 

My name is Richard and I have been following Bigger Pockets for a few months and I am interested into becoming a Wholesale Real Estate Investor. I have attended a Webinar and have read and studied on Real Estate as a whole. i am in the Glendale/Phoenix area and I am looking for a Wholesale Investor that would be interested in having coffee to talk about the industry as whole, certain niches too look for and for answering certain questions I have. I am willing to travel in the Maricopa county area, Tempe, Mesa, West and East Valley. I am also open to other Wholesale Investors and doing a FaceTime or a video chat as well.
