On this downtime I've taken it to start a new routine.

For people traveling to Orlando to go to the parks this summer, I have to think that a lot of them would rather stay in a vacation home than a hotel to minimize contact with others.

I would expose yourself to areas further from the "el" and perhaps to Metra stops on the NW side like Belmont Cragin for even Elmwood Park.   

Those tough years of learning caused me to become more mentally astute and wise with where I park my money, way more conservative than I was back then, keep more reserves, have better investments, and even put a couple of ferrari’s in the garage now.

How will my 7 friends park when they visit? 

There is NO parking in the street and 'guest parking' is available around the corner.  

I need a good plumber to help me out with a backup problem at my 3-flat in Irving Park.
