Some have cheaper insurance rates than where I live in tornado and hail storm ally.The bottom line is you'll want to create your own "broad brush" tool to help save time when looking at deals so you know up front if you'd have to get a much lower price.  

@Jenny Bastian I live in Ocala (since I moved from Tampa in 2003) and it's the Horse Capital of the World, so lots of horse farms, riding trails and horse shows (HITS - Hunters In The Sun, big $$ jumpers in town for about 3 months).  

Or (b) our leaders are a college of morons who are incapable of actual leadership or planning, simply reacting to whatever is at their door-step and thus, going forward, a roller-coaster ride of reactionary measures. 

There is plenty of data that shows this.There will be a margin call in NY in the future, where there will be too many people riding in the back of the wagon and not enough people up front to pull it. 

Maybe your kid needs a ride to soccer tonight, or you're going to Scott's house for dinner, or you got sucked into some funny social media videos.

Everyone is going to be riding their Peletons into Zoom meetings before they log off to watch Netflix, sign their contracts on Docusign, and their kids remote learn on Chegg while they go shopping on Shopify website and ordering dinner through Doordash.Many of the work from home stocks are down NINETY percent. 

I have narrowed it down based on a variety of factors though and they are outside my local area by a plane ride distance. 

Of course, I could be wrong in my personal view and miss a nice next ride.

@Brian Walters even without the much wanted passion that we have, it sounds like your wife is still committed for the ride with you on this.

So, riding out a few months of no to low revenue wouldn't be a problem, but obviously would result in using up some of my reserves.I'd like to get y'all's take on how you see the Smokies' vacation rentals doing over the next 3-6 months.
