I just read an article about how NY is proposing a CANCELATION of rent.I also listened to a couple of podcasts from some of my favorite and most respected business idols claiming that we are on the verge of a major DEPRESSION...I too have my own theories about the totally wrecked balance sheets, the terrifying overleveraging as in relation to income, and P/E ratios that are out of control of many of the world's leading corporations...not to mention why so many of the world's leading CEO's just stepped down in the last 6 months (google it) Given those facts, we may just be on the verge of a depression. 

How would you recommend gaining experience with established and reputable syndication teams?

Also, I have never heard of a civil suit getting damages for that type of conduct.Usually people just move or add a safety chain or lock, when they have a creepy landlord that doesn't respect boundaries.I am not a lawyer, this is not legal advice. 

So my question:Am I understanding correctly that if I do rehabs, flips and wholesale deals AND if I own any rental property, that I would want to establish an S-Corp for the rehab/flip/wholesale business and then create individual LLC’s for any other passive income rental properties?

Great product, did some things out of order with respect to the City permits/inspections but with grace we made it through!
