Since MFH is valued on rents it would seem that selling prematurely is a huge opportunity cost.It definitely seems like exchanging into some multi family before a crash just to preserve value is a good idea, but selling rapidly appreciation Seattle area real estate prematurely seems like a huge opportunity cost.

As enjoyable as it is to turn the company profit on a $20M project from 14% to 22%, I am really more interested in developing a long term plan for my own financial success.I like my job, and I am moving up rapidly in the corporate world but I want a stronger plan then depending on the corporate world at the end of the next 10 years.
