I recently sold my business and am looking at getting involved in investing in residential real estate on a more regular basis.  I have done a few one off “fix and flip” investments in the past so have a minimal level of experience but am by no means a seasoned real estate investor.  I am looking for wholesalers/contractors/agents/investors who work in the Grand Rapids, MI and Detroit, MI markets who may want to connect and discuss potential joint opportunities.  Look forward to engaging more on the forum.  Thanks
