But something that I have observed is, because of these Real Estate Gurus' business systems and how they are set up, these Gurus are able to do Real Estate deals very quickly, maybe even buy a few deals a day.

Because those that doing well is just lucky , get a damn good price on a great deal, or making sure there is much demand in that particular area or plan on buying many homes quickly to reduce their risk of any vacancies.
