If you're talking Lowe's rugs and nice but medium quality furniture...it's hard to furnish for $10,000.

Look like a good investment but the problem is that I don't know what kind of REI method I should use.

I think the easiest and most economical approach would be to use a good quality concrete floor paint.

We pulled up the property on his PC & he made some calls etc.I told him the target price I'm seeking (under $200,000), & I observed his method for searching properties on the PC, which was for $220,000, he was confident he could negotiate the price down.Regarding the fees.

I giggled a bit when you said you want to continually be improving your properties because most of us want to get nice rentals and not have to always be fixing them up (you know how things hit you sometimes when you are speed reading).But it sounds lovely that you want to provide a quality product to good people.

In the investment property we bought a massive modern original piece of art from a local artist for around $200 and it complements the antiques.I like to read interior design magazines then replicate the look for as cheaply as I can while maintaining some quality.

I am more upset about what appears to be low-quality work.

It does give you a lower barrier to entry than many other investment properties.While it is tough to get any cash flow in this general area with that method to start.
