New Investment Idea.
Has anyone heard of selling Fully furnished/decorated houses?
This is more a higher end kind of investment, with carefully thought out design (not just mixmatched furniture or things you might find in a hotel or something).
I'm sure this is common and there is probably an official term that is used when referring to it. But I heard of a lady in Kansas, where my parents live, who buys property. Hires out, or has her husband do the hard labor and renovations. And she paints, finds furniture, designs/decorates the houses. And sells them fully furnished and decorated. This is something I would be very interested in. I love real estate investing. I LOVE decorating. And I'm not so familiar or capable of the renovation side of it. This might be an interesting partner idea??? I would love to hear you thoughts on this subject. And if you think it would even be a good idea.
