The problem I'm running into is the amount I'm pre approved for is the max income to debt ratio the bank is allowed to give a loan out for, to individuals (43%), which is fine because in a perfect scenario as long as the property is cash flowing every property bought will lower your income to debt ratio, making it possible to keep buying property's.

One type very fast and don't worrry to much about spelling and punctuation as long as i get the point across and then to help the beginner RE investor AGENT , mortgage professional that is starting out fields I have experience at and add valuable content. ( value being in my own mind LOL) On the flip side I suspect BP has spent considerable sum on these new website developers doing what ever it is they do to configure this site.

The sale out of your LLC and the sale out of your personal name and then the subsequent purchase in your personal name would qualify as long as the LLC is a single member LLC and disregarded entity with you as the sole member.
