Seller owes 90k on property, what do I do?
Hello. I’m new to flipping and to real estate in general. I want to get started. I found a property for sale by a wholesaler and here’s the deal. Asking price is 99k, owner owes 90k as the mortgage. How do I go about this? Is there a special way to buy these kind of properties or do I just go to title company on closing and pay cash for the house? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I need some help.
