A Series LLC may be a wise idea for you, since you're looking to hold multiple properties in the near future.

Getting more creative with finding deals is probably going to be a next step in the future for sure.

What I didnt know was that 1) We could never use leveraege 2) that we could not add more properties to that same LLC we formed in the future.... a new entity would need to be set up.

This is one of the main reasons that I personally will not own any properties out right in the near future. 

I realize there might be an easier way to have done this in the future, but those are the current logistics given our first time using private money.I'm looking for a document that might cover those details.Thanks!
