Louisville Looking To Balance Preservation and Development

I frequently kayak and kayak fish at Floyd's Fork. There is a lot of land available and the area and I've always thought it was a matter of time before you saw more development moving in. Wouldn't be a bad idea to buy some land close to the interstate and sit on it for a few years if you have the means.
