The number of bedrooms required is driven by the number of children in the family.

What I've seen in the past, and what my husband's family has done for generations, is this; as parents get older, add the children to title with the appropriate legal safeguards so the parents can stay in the property if they wish, so they property doesn't get encumbered in the event there's a need for long term care etc...  

I am still learning how to identify good deals.My goal is to one day walk away from the corporate world and build a business that can be passed on to my children.  

I personally plan on holding my investments forever and passing them on too my future children.  

Mainly is the motivation to move into one of the two school districts that most people want their children in. 

My goals, like most, is to have financial freedom, but also to leave something for my children and their children, etc.

After a 2-3 weeks, I finally accepted an application and sent the tenant the acceptance letter to a family of three adults and two children (husband, wife, wife's mother, and two boys).

I would think it's a good place, if your it's a good quality school,  tenant base/pool are families with young children...

I have rented a couple houses out in The SFV with ADU’s and it is not popular with families with children.
