Corner properties & properties near elementary schools
I'm currently looking at a duplex that is in a grade B neighborhood. Only problem is it's on a corner street and it's across the street from an elementary school.
Is this typically a good or a bad thing when it comes to finding tenants and selling the property in the future?
It looks like the seller of this property only had it for 1 year. It's currently tenant occupied and the numbers look good.
It's off market and will hit the MLS soon.
Any advice?
