Hi Everyone, I'm eager to learn from experienced professionals in the Hard Money Lending space.

Now I just want to ask any of you out there would you build in my position or invest that same amount of money?

(I bought it 3 years ago)I'm trying to see how long in the future I will need to do another gut renovation, so I can start saving up some money toward it.Things are in pretty good shape.

Most people that are successfully flipping have a flipping business with either employees on staff or enough work lined up to keep a GC happy for 6 months to a year.Its a tough business to make money in when you are doing one project at a time from a distance. 

Maybe money is tight, maybe it is the summer and people are feeling more inspired to make the recurring Home Depot runs, or maybe people are taking more initiative to round their skills on Youtube University. 

Would you say you made your money back on the upfront cost within a year of your membership?

That being said, I have been listening to podcasts and reading books on real estate for a couple years now but have not had the time or money to fully dive in just yet.

Zoning is an important first set to to look at to make sure your vision is actually allowed on the land.

When the money dries up, they'll abandon your property and leave you with a bill.If your property is capable of producing a greater return as a corporate rental or short-term rental, I recommend you educate yourself on how to do that and then do it yourself.
