Hello to anyone who sees this,

My name is Josh and I am taking the next steps in the world of real estate investments. I just graduated from pharmacy school in 2023 and have been working as a pharmacist since. I realize the benefits of investing in real estate and would like to get started as early as possible. That being said, I have been listening to podcasts and reading books on real estate for a couple years now but have not had the time or money to fully dive in just yet. Now that I do have those boxes checked off, I am ready to learn what it takes to be a successful real estate investor.
