She said I could get as many properties as I wanted as long as I was making money and had collateral which I do.Its always better to go get it from the horses mouth…Every state or bank is different.

Up to then they were enforceable in California based on a California Supreme court decision and neighbors made sure they were enforced so agents would check the status when they took a listing and include it in the MLS information.I did have a black friend that wanted to buy in a mixed race area but that particular property had the restriction.
