Are Cattle good Renters?

N/A N/A
Posted

Hello. I'm trying to find a way to buy a place (154 acre ranch) and have it payed off within a few years.

Right now I'm considering the possibility of renting the land to cattle ranchers or anyone with horses or cattle. Sadly, I don't know the first thing about this - so I guess I have 1 major question:

1) How can I find local information on comps, how much to charge, whether or not there is demand, how good is the demand, etc, etc??

Thanks,
McCrockett
