That leaves me with $60K.Now i have couple of options, - Either buy 2 $100K SFR's or - Buy 1 $200K SFR or- Buy 1 $200K Apartment (high rise) in Central District Dallas. Please note that i would like to keep some reserve for the rental property and hence not considering the entire $60K as investable amount.I would really appreciate if you all can comment on my plan, what i need to look out for, any advice on which option to take and importantly if this will work out since i am a foreigner and hardly have any credit history in USA.
