I'm a Real Estate Investment Newbie looking to purchase my first Single Family Investment Property. I live and work in Western Lake Worth and my target area is within the walled communities out by Hypoluxo and Jog Roads.

I'll be looking for advice along the way and this seems like the most enthusiastic community I have come across in my research to date.
