Yes, it's great to have a trusted realtor but still that motivation is to get the commission.

Sure, within the next 12-24 months there may be some great deals coming on the market at owners who purchased a bit too thin on the cashflow find themselves crunched and suddenly motivated to sell, but that's kind of irrelevant when you're looking to buy a primary residence which is a decision most people make more for the emotional/stability reasons than for the cold-hard investor reasons.Main question to ask is can you afford what you want.

I had them set reminders on their phones, I did as well and sent a text when it was the right time.

My guess is this is motivated by 3 things:- Travel and bookings have got to be way, way down.

@Sarah BrownI’ve always considered real estate but recently some friends of mine have started their journey to real estate and it motivated me to actually get started instead of just dreaming about it.

So you find a deal with a  motivated seller.
