Aloha, my name is Jacob and my aunt is trying to sell her property.  She is currently asking about $300k but comps in the area are roughly about $220-230k and that a brand new house with all the bells and whistles.  She wants to retire so she is selling her property.  I want to ask her to purchase but I do not know how to go about doing so and structuring it so that we both benefit from the deal, any ideas??  How do you structure these types of deals without taking out a loan or using my credit?
