@Nicky Reader how do you find out if it’s the tax assessment?

If there is a problem that needs your attention, what would you do if they didn't call because you had the fee and it caused a bigger problem?

Most of the manufacturers you can only use their thermostat and their "smart" thermostats aren't typically that great.Pay attention to condensate (the water produced by the units inside and out).

I agree with Chris as student rentals are a bit different game and requires more attention and it will have higher turner over; and more hustle and time consuming on this matter.
