Driving for dollars Q&A

Lionel Borreli
Posted

I am a newbie to wholesaling and I have started "Driving for Dollars".  I've been exposed to a few things and they have generated a few questions that I have.

1. If you see a POD storage container and/or trash daddy dumpster in front of a vacant house what does this imply?  Would this be a good wholesaling opportunity?

2. I drove by a house that appears abandoned (tall grass, trash outside, damaged exterior walls) but had a car in the driveway.  An elderly man came slowly staggering/limping out of the house.  Would it be appropriate to ask him if he is looking at selling?

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks
