Hello BP community,  I'm wondering if anyone have access or to sign up for mobile wholesale deal alert list here in the Augusta, GA area. 

Can anyone recommend a direct or private lender who can lend on mobile homes that will be placed in a MH Park?  

I think, for the most part, we have all failed to provide that person with the help and information they were truly seeking and have instead used this platform in the same way most people use facebook: to blurt out our personal opinions and accuse all those who disagree in any way of being shortsighted.  

I found this community to be a great platform for me to learn new aspects of real estate and investing.  

I've watched videos like this one: I've also set up our project on a local crowdfunding platform (we're live right now), have been using Social Media marketing to capture leads and doing all of those things.

One tenant has been paying rent via auto pay on a platform we have agreed on. 

@Barbara Gardner doorknocking is a great idea as is offering a referral fee for people who send you motivated sellers (post closing of course) the cash you’re offering to put up for the leads may mobilize the people that are seeing your posts on Facebook.
