Good places to find backers for a crowdfunding campaign

Hello BiggerPockets!

I'm curious to know if any of you have had success in using crowdfunding for real estate? I've watched videos like this one: 

I've also set up our project on a local crowdfunding platform (we're live right now), have been using Social Media marketing to capture leads and doing all of those things. Are there places where serial crowdfunding backers hang out, just looking for a sweet place to park their cash?
