Wholesale Investor mobile alert list

Hello BP community, I'm wondering if anyone have access or to sign up for mobile wholesale deal alert list here in the Augusta, GA area. I generally see these wholesale text i.e. text "Investor" to XXXXX to receive deal alerts in bigger cities, I network with some investors in Baltimore, and they constantly use this to send potential deals out to investor buyers. I could probably find this info out at the local REIA, however, I usually have to attend my daughters functions during same time as monthly REIA meetings.

Dreama, I don't know of anyone using text alerts - mostly email lists from what I've seen.  Some of the BP regulars who are wholesaling here in Augusta are probably good folks to get in touch with.  @Malik Welch, @Brandon Barnes to name a few.
